All domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post. We will process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Standard Shipping is free for purchases of $100.00 or over. Authority to leave at the postal address can be requested in the shipping instructions when placing your order.
Standard Delivery 2- 6 bus days.
Express Delivery 2-3 bus days
International Shipping
All orders are sent Australia Post International with parcel tracking. Information on shipping times to your location can be found on the Australia Post website.
Please note that it is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods and identify it as merchandise, and as such may not be labelled as “gift "or given a lower value on the declaration form.
Taxes or duties that may be applied to your parcel are not included in the delivery costs. For information on whether this may affect you, please refer to your Customs Authorities website for details. Any extra costs these may incur are the responsibility of the recipient.
Missing Parcels
Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive so that we can track it and get back to you. Be sure to fill in the correct address details when ordering. We recommend providing a daytime delivery address where someone is available to receive your parcel.
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at info@pankinaclothing.com.au for a returns form. Please enclose a copy of this with your returns. All returned goods must be in their original condition and must not have been worn or washed, be damaged or have labels removed. Please allow 5 -7 days for exchanges or refunds to be processed. There are no refunds on Sales items but an exchange or credit note can be arranged.
