Our stylish clothing made from natural fibres is designed to make women look and feel good. The brand name Pankina is an aboriginal one meaning to ‘be happy’ and we like to think that our clothing will have that effect on women.
I design and make all my clothing in Australia concentrating on small collections and making optimal use of fabric. I endeavour to use as many of my fabric scraps as possible, converting scraps into bags other articles of clothing. My pieces are classic and I use natural breathable fibres which are perfect for our climate and which will naturally compost down at the end of their life. We would like to be part of the fashion industry that does not contribute to pollution and waste and we feel that it’s time to embrace a simpler and more sustainable fashion model for the future.
Pankina is a clothing label that uses light breathable natural fabrics in muted colours to produce stylish and timeless clothing for women. Imagine creating a wardrobe that will introduce simplicity to our often busy lives.
